Ossenger is on Youtube somewhere.
Really, it was just a parody of the Braiger opening that Yukio Yamagata did for a fan club from what I can gather. I believe the mention in the Sasuraiger roman album is just that.

According to a giant 30 page or so English article on J-9 from the 1980's, Ossenger was mentioned in the end of the Sassuraiger Roman Album as I recall and included a description on it. What I'd like to find is if there were any charactor designs or story boards made? What sort of robot did they plan to use in it? Any idea where we can hear that song you came across?
