@MsBEAR1228 This is a problem that almost all mermaid tails, even silicone or latex ones, have. Adding anything "thick" as you say makes it much harder to swim.

Absolutely no idea about the YMCA, this was taken at a privately owned local gym. It's some sort of costume stretch fabric, I assume lycra but not 100% sure.

And very beautiful movs like a mermaid : do you swim like that without a tail or monofin because this kind of swim is very difficult to do barefooting ?
I hope your are going to post more ! ^^

@Reloudor It's difficult to do this without a monofin - some very very good swimmers can, I'm still working on it.
