  • I am vegan and aspiring to become raw, and I believe it does greatly improve longevity. However she gave away an interesting hint that kind of taints my analysis. She said that not only is her mother still alive (what is she 90, 100?) but she is overweight. How many overweight people make it to 90 or 100? Clearly one factor must be longevity genes.

  • @bagwanrajneesh i have been told that recent studies seem to suggest that genes count for 15% and the remaining 85% is everything else like diet, exercise, attitude, environment etc...

  • @TheCoolVegetarian What if my grandpa on my mom's side lived to be 90, my grandma on my mom's side lived to be 88 and my grandparents on my dad side are still alive in their 80's. I've changed my diet permanently to a healthy one and I'm trying to get more exercise. However my attitude isn't always the greatest. I think I might have inherited anxiety from my parents. And I don't have a lot of confidence. How do you build confidence? Thanks.

  • @ajhrockerboy6 Great question! I don`t know! hahaha, but I guess you just have to change your thoughts into more positive ones. I think confidence is the result of how you view yourself, so in order to build confidence all you have to do is begin to view yourself as a better person who has many positive characteristics (you choose which ones). Just decide that you are confident and you will become one in that instant. :)

  • @bagwanrajneesh here's your answer.. in before 1980's Genetically Modified foods became the main food of the united states.. back then the government didn't put fluoride in tap water.. we had less chemicals in our food.. less preservatives, less artificial hormones antibiotics and GMO genes..Raw Organic Whole Food is the real deal specially when you juice! also cookware aviod teflon and aluminum, avid chemical make up and creams, shit tooth fluoride paste, aviod aluminum deodorant! Detox is key

  • @IlluminatedAnuit11 That's very true! And because of the things that you've mentioned, maybe people that come from older generations are healthier and stronger than the younger people from more recent generations.
