Thanks for the compliments and best wishes Marco. I had some help with my posing from a choreographer in London. Still needs work as does the body. Aiming to be a little bigger and much better/more ripped this year.

Thanks! I am in the process of moving. Once I've settled I'll get back into training and possibly competing later this year.

Thanks! I was about 105Kg, needed to get down below 104. You can see I am carrying quite a bit of water. Next time I will be bigger and better!
