Selected by the UKs Royal Navy for its Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carriers and Type 23 Frigates, the Artisan 3D radar surveillance solution has been developed from proven technology used in the Sampson multi-function phased array radar (fitted on the Royal Navys Type 45 destroyer) and the Commander SL ground based long-range radar in service with the RAF.
