We Buy Houses in San Diego. SDHouseBuyers.com. It was a smoker house, we found oxygen tanks and inhalers all over upon taking possession. The backyard was especially cool with almost 1/4 acre lot. The pool had been filled in since the late 80's, we dug it out and saved it by painting it with epoxy and simply adding a new pump and filter. The concrete work back there and clearing of the hill really made it resort like. I paid 444k for it and sold it for 525k. Have Fun and Happy Investing! We Buy San Diego Houses

yea, you are right. We didnt do too good on that project. I think I only made about 35k off of it.
