Of course I am. For the Ph.D. admission procedure I had to sign a legal document to that effect, in case I should ever take up a postdoctoral position (which is, alas, unlikely). Maybe we could form an AmLit band that performs exclusively in front of giant bookshelves, no SFX allowed? It could be named "Teh Mirror Phase" or something similarly appropriate. (Full disclosure: I own a copy of Écrits but no crewcut or ideal-I for that matter.)
