I haven't been able to put this book down since I borrowed it a couple of days ago. It's the hard cover version and I'm halfway through it. I hope he writes more and stays sober.

I read this book almost a month ago and Beautiful Boy almost 2 months ago. They were both very moving,almost had me in tears at times. Although I've never known anyone with an addiction I feel for the people who have. and I pray that Nic is still sober today

Tweak is OK but if you want to read a real classic drug story read Kerouac's on the road or Naked Lunch or Junkie by Burroughs.

(to: QuestStarrz) i'm black and i read the book, it was really amazing. so i dont think you should base your book choice on your race because that's irrelevent to whether you'll like the book or not. but then again, it's your loss.
