The C130 is meant to land on all wheel at the same time.
It is not like the "common" aircraft, like 747, that land on the back wheel and then lower the nose to finaly land the nose gear.

it looks like malfunctioning hydraulics. Landing gear struts can reach 100s of degrees C of heating during landing - not meant to bounce or the heat might get too high and then failure occurs.

Nose gear collapsed?? At descent it looks like the nose gear is down and locked.
