I've been getting a lot of requests for more Encore tutorials. Today's tutorial covers how to add motion to your DVD menus in Encore. Mike also shows how to add video thumbnails to chapter buttons in Encore.
The process is simple, but be sure to follow each step. One common problem when authoring a DVD, is forgetting to change one setting, or linking up one video, which in turn will "break" your disc, and the DVD menus will not play flawlessly.
Watch each step as Mike shows how to complete these two motion tasks that will allow your dvd menus to jump out at your viewers, giving your video production a much higher professional look.
As always, let me know if any of you have questions.
@Klugernaught Simply create multiple chapter points within the same timeline, then drag those chapter points to the desired locations on your menu. Then if you want to change the thumbnail, simply scrub to the desired starting frame, then right click on the chapter marker in the timeline and choose "set poster frame."

Nice One! Just a quick question: how would you add different video thumbnails for the same timeline. In other words, how would you create multiple video thumbnails within the same timeline so that your chapter selection buttons would display the video at the start of each new chapter point?
