Tommy Victor is from New York, he used a funny accent in the song really as a drunken joke in the studio. He thought it sounded cool so they went with it. That's what he told me recently when they played Juanita's in LR when asked that same question.

Both versions are good, I like the Demon Hunter one a little better. Mainly because I can't figure out what the heck this guys nationality is. Is he Irish? German?
