no offense but the moveset is nothing close to how it should be, or is the moveset not supposed to be him?

@byrongilliam1 No it's not. It's a completely different moveset. Toshirou was not in mind when the moves were decided. In fact, I did not even make it. Forgive me for the late reply.

This isn't showcasing the moveset, but the vertex.  The moveset has nothing to do with the vertex.
