  • incline will fuk your shoulders, just do normal flyes u don`t need this crap. and try to keep your arms straight do not bend them too much

  • @hiskas Look at the way flys are meant to be done on a different video. Those 5 people that liked his comment know what a true dumbell fly motion looks like.

  • I actually use this form due to shoulder issues and my chest is developing a lot better now. I know its not the ideal form for flyes but it relies almost entirely on the chest squeeze and you can typically increase in weight quicker. At any rate, what works for one person may not work at all for another person.

  • question, for doing the incline fly...what is the recommended incline degree of the bench?? 45 degrees or lower?

  • I do it like i'm hugging a barrel.
