Hey yall,
I was requested to do a teal, black, and white look so here it is. I used Raving Beauty Cosmetics eyeshadows because they have a shadow with the word teal in it and that's easier for me than trying to figure out what color teal is lol.

So do you always do your base right after your eyeshadow primer? Should I let the lid primer dry all the way first?
