Smegma or Adventures in Nursing

As part of my profession I am sometimes confronted with opportunities to perform services that allow me to have some very unique or unusual experiences. This is a video about on of those.

However, smegma itself is produced naturally in both males and females and actually aids in lubrication. It is not, as I stated in the video, bacterial formation but made up of dead skin cells and other stuff. But it is still 'YUCK!'
