Why use the low lev ring and beads? and why on secondary equipment? is that faster somehow?

@precal22 If you don't use Cheap equipment ,, your dura of your main gear will drop down and it will cost about 200k per hour to reapair your gears. with level 10 gear you don't have that problem you just let them break
