Police officers are sworn in to serve and protect. This is a job they applied and trained for.They need to accept there responsibilties.When cops become people who cannot determine when to use the "shoot to kill!" force,then they should be tried as people and not police.The injustice is not only to this man but to the civil rights of all americans.

@asskicker0322 its like this if there are 10,000 arrests a month do you think that the cops just arrested 5000 people who were not doing anything? I know the cops that shot poor old Sean were sitting around saying, "damn nothing exciting ever happens" I know lets just shoot at some random "black people" and say we heard them say they had a gun. Its hard to believe that the cops all of them mind you never identified themselves, never yelled stop and just started shooting. Come on!!

You gave 1 incident where a cop killed a man without just cause and it does happen, and they do use excessive force. But mathematically for every animal they lock up whats the ratio to how many cops use excessive force?
