I work at a Brookstone, all of the FDA certified sheets have been removed. The TV crew BOUGHT it for her to try. If she would have gone in she would have gotten tips on how to use it properly. The sona pillow has been known to decrease or even stop snoring if used properly. From what i can see in the picture she wasnt using it correctly.

The unfortunate thing, is this pillow was only given to one person. She was probably never told how to break in the pillow to make it more comfortable, and how to properly use the pillow. On the Brookstone website, there are numerous excellent reviews from happy customers that have been properly taught how to sleep on this pillow. This pillow may not work for everybody, but it has worked for thousands of customers that are extremely satisfied by this product.
