Rats are just the cutest things ever. If my rats steal something they know they aren't supposed to have they'll hop away as fast as they can to stash it or devour it immediately.

Thank you :). She has this cardboard box in our office where she likes to stash her treasures or to rest. Although she has HED she still likes to roam around. She is definitely not a quitter!

Mine did the same thing, I must have found 5 piles of stolen stash under the couches, desk and dressers. Anything from food to important papers that she climbed up on the desk and borrowed. Now she is 4 years old, has had 4 surgeries to remove mamary masses, and she mostly sleeps all day in the bottom drawer of my nightstand hidden in some old towels. I have had her almost 4 years and I will be lost when she does pass. So far she is still getting around so hopefully I have a little while yet..

I remember quite a few times Zelda and Fairuza dragging things across the floor away from me so they could stash them or eat them.
