Today nearly all Democrats voted to end debate on Wall Street reform and proceed to a final vote on the legislation, while all but two Republicans voted to block completing work on this bill. "At every state of this debate, Republicans and their friends on Wall Street have worked overtime to weaken this bill because they view it as a threat to business as usual," said Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. "I am calling on my Republican colleagues to start putting the interests of their families, small businesses and seniors over those of big banks on Wall Street."

  • Go Democrats!

  • Well at least we know who the republicans are working for, and it sure isn't the American people. How much more incompetence and corruption before America finally votes ALL of these republicans OUT OF OFFICE!

  • They must protect the legalized criminals.
