Excellent documentary. However, Half Life was no Valve's first game. That was Deathmatch Classic, Valve's tribute to Doom/Quake and ID Software.

@Cocahot i agree. and that is what they were hinting at in episode 2. after such a long wait, I hope we get to see Chell or something in the Borealis, possibly looking for her parents.

hl2, citadel. destroyed. all the episodes were about the citadel. now that its completely down it would be pointless to make another episode about citadel. so i think:

hl3, borealis.

okay obviously they are taking toooo long to make ep3 which makes me think that itll be half life 3 instead of ep 3, because the only two reasons i could think off why they are taking so long are:

1. they are making a new engine wich will make it to half life 3

2.they are using the old engine but are working on a long ass story wich would make it to ep3.

I rather think its gonna be hl3, just cause this:

@SenorChito Oh, and id doesn't put too much emphasis on graphics and have generic gameplay (Doom 3)

Also, how is L4D a clone of Doom?, they are just incomparable as far as gameplay and story. period

Very nice video, Half life 2 was so ground breaking and is still fun to play now.
