  • @executiveresults Cheers! but to bring the two thoughts together, i think CrossFit is more geared toward raw and generic athleticism based on the principle of amount of work in a given time frame whereas CaveMan Training utilizes the same theory but can be argued as being slightly more sport specific...and this is just my own personal belief mind you...i see similarities obviously...nothing wrong with either approach
