hi, there are no cross streets. (jacknbox)
This spot is about 150 yards north of Malibu Pier.
That would be 1st point and 2nd point is about 200 yards north of 1st point. You can park on PCH or one of the paid lots just north or south of the pier.
If you see the Jacknbox across the street you are there.

This is mostly Malibu, SurfRider , first and second point.
Also Topanga and County line, both are located in Malibu.
