the bones "Rumble" & "Couldn't Get High", @ plough and stars

The bones 27th Anniversary Reunion at the Plough and Stars in Cambridge, MA., held on 6-08-07, was a great trip in the wayback machine. And the band wasn't too shabby, considering it'd been 18 years since our last rehearsal. These covers -- by Link Wray and the Fugs, were staples of the band's set back in the day. We opened every show we did for 3 years with the Rumble, and other than the chorus the Fugs tune was reborn as our own creation. Dave Bone, Bob Salvi, Richie "Cunningham" Maddalo, Joe Harvard. Bone takes the "Rumble" solos & the first lead break on "Couldn't Get High", JH takes the second 'low note' / feedback solo on "CGH"
