The bout was held on May 1, 2010, before a "sellout" crowd of 15,117 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.[2] Boxing greats Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson were among a long list of celebrities in attendance.The match was put together after Andre Berto pulled out of his scheduled January 30 unification bout against Mosley.

What I say is, If they wanted to fight that bad, if they really wanted to fight with all their might and they're just dying to get into the ring, they would fight no matter what. Whether it was $5 million or $5 bucks. I honestly am starting to think as fans, were getting fucked here, into this turning soon into a $200 million fight. I mean is it really gonna be worth the 100$ PPV after we waited all this time..??? I'm tired of waiting another fuckin year for this.

If PPV generated even $160 million, that doesn't mean Floyd takes home $160 million fool, Floyd at the most would get maybe 50-60 million of that, the rest would go to PPV and whoever else they needed to pay. So instead, Manny takes a fight with BRADLEY FOR $10 MILLION???!?!?!?!? It makes no sense, Manny is looking for an easy win cause he's garbage.
