She's talking about spiritual transformation, going through change n order to become better, knowing it is hard to stay the same knowing something better is waiting for u once u take the risk to change your life, in this instance it means to speak your truth releasing fear that others wont like it or what u say is not good enough, hope that helped!

wow that was powerful. this definetly speaks freedom. I love when she usually mixes up a classical piece in her intro, but this is deep also and has her explaining in the beginning of the album freedom which is the theme of it. Its a potent statement that will lead into potent songs. Much love to AK on makin another masterpiece. :)
