i put this video in my favorites. i sold something on ebay and the custermer left me a negitive because their item never arrived. turns out people were stealing packages. i refunded their item so they would take my negitive off. they didnt know how. i emailed ebay and there was nothing they could do. i wish i knew about a number to call. if it happens again im calling instead of emailing.

Just a note to you scumbag sellers out there:you provide a good service you get a positive feedback.It's that simple. And remember the customer is always right. I've had enough rude uncooperative greedy sellers on eBay who can't provide the most simple polite service. Get it together!

Yet iv been messed about with a alternate delivery proposal, buyer attempted to haggle me, & wanted to me to delete the add & buy behind close doors & i wouldn't fall for it ... then he agreed to pay as normal, i was ignored, he refused to pay yet they were getting feedback from other sellers for quick payments ... how does a swear word out weigh any of that above???

eBays is shockingly bad threw out ... I called because of a negative from a unpaid buyer, & i cant remove my negative because a email contains profanity, I think because there user name is "Asholeunlimited" & i stated his name within a email saying basically "with a name like Asholeunlimited, your living up to the personality your user name proposes you have" ... So i couldn't remove :O
