Setting Default Line Spacing in Microsoft Word 2007, 2010 and Starter Editions

Microsoft irritatingly added extra spacing between lines making it harder to format addresses and other paragraph elements. I followed your example in the video. it did not work for me at all, I have word 2010. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
