  • To reduce road noise 25% of TLC tiles is enough (plus a full layer of CCFoam and MLV). If you are into audio systems and your woofers make your car rattle, then a couple of layers of Mat can add up that extra strength. Derick

  • those tiles seem very effective! I covered everything with butyl rubber mat from b-quiet, even double layered the middle, and "only" got the same result as you show in your video with only two squares.

  • I think that is the point of Don Sambrook. So far it's working great, I'm still 15% complete of the deadening process. Thank you, Derick

  • thanks Swidd2

  • Will you get worse results if you use more than 25% coverage or will you just be wasting product?

  • I'm deadening my Yaris now too! Just started as soon as the outside air temperature went above 50!

  • That is awesome., Hi from Yarisworld!
