im on that same quest but instead it sends me to the temple of divines in solitude? it takes me to a locked gate that requires a keyy?? does anybody knoww why this is hapenning ??

Great idea, problem is I don't have the level 3 sprint. I was , however, able to MAKE IT UP THERE WITH MY LEVEL 1 WHIRLWIND SPRINT. Facing the waterfall there is a outgrowth of stone on the right (not the one with the lantern in front of it, is the the growth closer to the waterfall.) Jump up on there and blast across while aiming for the right side of the waterfall. You'll hit the waterfall's top ledge so be prepared to jump up. There you have it! Thanks for the idea KarlMarlund!
