@allanmacuser This is a Greg Bennett Samick UK-70B. Not the easiest to find, but you may be able to ask your local dealer to order one for you, or try ordering online. Best wishes!
I play this in the key of G which sounds okay. I love the tone of your baritone uke and would love to know the name of the manufacturer. I sure sounds like a guitar. I like the tone very much. All I can make out on your video is "GUY....something!...

Is the tuning DGBE? if so is that the common tuning for Bartion Uke? I'm a newbie, just inherited an old Gibson from the 50's!

@stashadog Yes - the tuning for my Baritone is DGBE, like the first four strings of a guitar. Thanks for watching! (Mmmmm... vintage Gibson!)

Thanks so much!...I just wrote down all the chord progressions and will now convert them to the actual baritone uke chords. This is really one of the most beautiful songs and it lends itself to the bari uke beautifully.
Just want to tell you that you're performing a wonderful service to all of us who seek you for help with our uke songs. God Bless you, and you are a joy to us ukers!....
