Can't speak Cantonese so I find this hard to follow.

He's asking you to think of a number between 5 and 10. starting at the blue spot - move anti clockwise that number of places, using the first pink spot as number 1.
1:27 - now go the other way round the circle the same number of places.
2:18 - now move 3 places in either direction.
He then talks about how its impossible to know where you are looking etc. before coming out with his prediction. My german isn't great, so none of this is particularly accurate, but following my steps seems to work

basically (and bear in mind, my german is awful, so im basically guessing) - think of a number between 5 and 10 (funf und zehn) then starting with your finger on the blue spot - count anti clockwise around the circle that number - using the first pink spot as number 1. then, stick to that pair of glasses, and move the same number the other way - die gehgen lichtung (something like that) so clockwise.
He then narrows it down. You dont have your finger on the green pair etc.
