  • The figure is the "cycle of fifths". Beginning at C and proceeding with an interval of a fifth in either direction you get the tonic for the next key. In a CW direction, are the keys with sharped notes in increasing no. of sharps, i.e. C (no sharps), G (1 #), D (2 #), A (3 #), E (4 #), B (5#), F # (6 #), C# (7 #) - (same as key of D flat). From C in the CCW direction: C (no b), F (1 b), B flat (2 b), E flat (3 b), A flat (4 b), D flat (5 b), G flat (6 b), C flat (7 b) - (same as key of B)

  • played very smooth, I like it.

  • Extrêmement touchant !

Sonorité, phrasé, équilibre des 2 mains !

    Bravo Nicolas !

  • A fellow connoisseur of the simple, clear line. Nice melody playing, and effective plan for the piece. I like the kabbalistic key chart! ;)
