This is my entry for Mike Sisson's "Primal Blueprint Fitness" challenge. The workout consists of explosive / clap pullups, split jumps, kettlebell "burpees" and kettlebell jerks. The reps start at 10 and decrease by two each set. You should rest only when needed. Stay primal!
