Also, calling a man that France reveres as a hero and whose legal code is used throughout the world "one of history's monsters" is irresponsible at best and bad history. The "genocide" he supposedly ordered in Haiti with gas has been shown to be a false claim. The 1 book that claimed that was chopped up by historians and is out of print already. Laying 3.5 million deaths at his feet is bad history and wrong. Why does the History Channel now do all this end of the world junk instead of history?
Hi. Not sure I'd brag about being an assistant editor on that show. I watched part of the anti-Christ episode and what I watched (the section on Napoleon) was rife with factual errors, which always undercuts an argument. i.e. Napoleon crowned himself emperor in 1799 when in fact it took place in 1804 (that's only one example, there were plenty).
Good Point lol
