This isn't your every day iced coffee. When Green Mountain developed these luscious K-Cups, they were shooting for something more sophisticated. Fill your tall plastic glass or insulated tumbler (do not use real glass because of the heat factor) up with ice, and use the 6oz or 8oz setting on your Keurig Brewer to brew a delicious cup of Iced Coffee. Love coffee, hate the heat, brew it over ice!!! Add cream and sweeteners to taste. Use any of your favorite coffee or tea K-cups to have an iced cold refreshment.

  • The stronger brew does compensate for the melted ice.

  • Good question Scott. What is being used in this video is a “Brew Over Ice” K-Cup. It has a lot more coffee in the K-Cup thus making it stronger coffee to offset the ice. In all actuality, you can use any dark roast or extra bold coffee to make iced coffee. Using a light coffee can be too weak for iced coffee. The same can be said for any tea K-Cup. Making Iced Coffee with the Keurig is actually not that new. It just puts the idea out there. Thanks for posting.

  • Would anyone know what an "insulated tumbler" is??

  • Love the stock footage of people discussing charts haha!

  • they say they can brew ice coffee but thats kinda bullshit its just brewing normal hot coffee and you have to supply the ice it would be nice if the coffee was at least room temperature and not piping hot

  • I just ordered these cups for my brewer, I'm interested in seeing how it will turn out. When I would make iced coffee with my normal coffee maker, I would refrigerated the coffee so it wouldn't melt the ice and make it super watery and gross. I'm skeptical about putting hot coffee over ice, but we'll see I guess!

  • I'm confused. Most iced coffee is double brewed to be stronger when poured over ice. Won't adding hot coffee directly to a cup of ice just make the drink super watery?
