Brolys hair is darker then a regular super sayian and also he's in a dark building. You probably didn't notice that his hair is more green then yellow. That planet there on doesn't really seem to have a lot of sunlight either. Again a normal SS is pure yellow but broly is not a normal SS he is legendary
