This girls intelligence is so freakin sexy

Government is always, without exception, the enemy of the people. Even those politicians who want to serve the people will end up serving the apparatus of the state. Government's main goal is it's own self perpetuation.
....if you ask me....which no one did.... :-/

In canada its not only firearms, apparently a pellet gun that shoots over 450fpm is considered a firearm too!! I did not know that about canada until I was looking into buying a big bore air rifle from wackenbush, they make BIG air rifles that can kill a bear, bison, deer, wild boar ect. but its not a firearm, just a big air rifle, in canada I bet they have to be registered too! since they consider anything over 450fpm a firearm, so i guess a daisy bb gun is a FIREARM IN CANADA, CANADA IS SCREWY

Why do we have a court system?
-
These leftist will not stop until they deprive all law abiding citizens access their firearms. Gun control efforts always benefits the criminals, as it has nothing to do with crime control. Canada needs to follow the American people in fighting any and all gun control efforts, you need a NRA. Katie, you do good work and thank you for assembling these stories and facts!

So basically they (the government) spent a lot of your (the taxpayer) money just to say “we were right” and then gave him what he wanted (which I’m sure he had to pay for)? Yup sounds like government SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to me

Sorry I misspelled your name.

Keep up the good work Katie.

@wcresponder Facts? Facts are free! You only ask someone for proof, because a claim presupposes knowledge.
-
@Donatellangelo I am open to reason, I will listen to all the facts if they are presented unbiased. But find an unbiased person to tell them.
-
@wcresponder Would those "gun people" happen to be "guns and nothing else, except maybe no taxes" people? Will reasoning with you work? I doubt it.

why let a little truth interfer... it goes both ways. gun people like this also twist stories and facts as much as government can.
I don't get it, they convicted him and then gave him back his guns??

No, you "got it" just fine.
They convicted him and then gave him back his guns.
kateysfirearmsfacts 1 year ago
but why did they give him back his guns? Just what was the punishment for his crimes?
warblerab 1 year ago
They gave him back the guns because he was not a threat to public safety, and he'd already been deprived of them for over three years due to the court proceedings, amounting to a three-year firearms prohibition. The judge that found him not guilty in the original trial felt that was punishment enough.
Jane Gaffin's book delves into all the details. If you go to diarmani(dot)com and look for the link to order her book, I think it's only $5.
