global warming has the same relavence now if not more so then it did july 30, 2006 and everyone saying that it was invented by nuclear power is retarded, nuclear power doesn't stand to gain that much from saying global warming cause no one trusts it, solar, wind, ethinol, hydro/electric, they have reason but how good would it be for us to do that? no smog over LA, no smog over New York, the evidence is there and the reason is valid, stop being dumbasses.

Well topperharley12585 does have a point. Not only have global temperatures only been recorded since 1860 they've been quite spotty until at least 1960's when global satellites started to record the entire planet not just a few locals.

Also what effect did Krakatoa's eruption in 1883 have on driving global temps unusually low in the first half of 20th century?
