BEfore he slept with Sarah but after Helena hypnotized away his love for Elizabeth they were set to be married on NYE. Right befor ethe wedding Gia told Liz that Lucky didn't love her even though he was pretending that his love for her had come back. Liz looked in his eyes during the ceremony and realized she was right.

Letting the writers change you might chnage your mind. I thik given a decent storyline and not made to look so bumbling, GV can be every bit an amzing grown lucky. I love JJ too. Thanks for the comment.

I was always into Jonathan jackson's portrayal the most. To me he was the "one and only Lucky Spencer". After he left the show, the magic of the relationship just dissapeared when those other guys tried to fill his role.

My favorite moment was their first wedding back in 99.

I can't stand to watch this. Why have they destroyed LNL2. This was one of the truest and realest lovestory ever told on GH. LNL2 belong together

@Calflym I was kinda wondering the same thing. I'm a relatively new fan. I watched Las Vegas for a couple yrs and VMG drew me in, but Dante/Lulu kept me watching. It was the tail end of GV, who I wasn't very invested in. Then JJ came back and I loved him and I'm starting to love LnL2. Lucky just seems perfect! but then I hear about all that happened in the past and I kinda find it hard to reconcile with the Lucky that's on the show now. Don't know if I mind tho... :)

It's so weird now because I really thought LnL2 died in the fire and that Liz's character would just be subject to trying to recapture what she had with multiple Lucky's then an affair would ruin things and so on forever. For 10 years a different, selfish Lucky came and did that. Then JJ came and everything is magic all over, it's cruel to cheat fans and not make it romantic magic though and it's not fair to Liz's character to glaze over Lucky's character infidelities just because JJ's back.

"Life was so simple back then..." HA! When you both ran away from home after you were raped and Lucky found out his dad was also a rapist? When Emily was hooked on drugs and Lucky's secret illegitimate brother Nicholas (who saved their sister Lulu with a bone marrow transplant) was shot in a drive-by and Jason had to give him a parking lot tracheotomy? And y'all were running around hiding the dead body of a cop you found in Emily's bed after a rave? Yes, life was so very, very simple back then.

My top 1998 moment would definitely be Lucky and Liz's first Christmas together, when they said "I love you" for the first time. I love the moments you chose, though.
