What is with the canned laughter? It's so distracting. I watched this when I was a teen and I can't believe they canned the laughter. It's obvious and unnecessary. Square Pegs was a good show for teens.

I went too school across the street where it was filmed, and helped clean up after each shooting day, and!!! that mop bucket in the opening credits, is my dads, the studio wanted it as a prop

If I'd have to guess who's popular or not based on the clothes I'd be lost. Except from those hipster glasses. It's weird how that change.

Wow, this show about nothing, like Seinfeld, except it's not actually funny. Or entertaining for that matter. SJP was as obnoxious then as now.

It's like a totally different head! Brilliantly subversive (or vice versa). I am amazed at how familiar it seems after having seen it once a quarter century ago. That speaks volumes for the effect it had on me. It's never been rerun and rarely mentioned yet I always remembered it. I've also been in love with SJP, Tracy Nelson and Jami Gertz ever since. Awesome.

Like I sooo love this!!!! I was 16 & in hs @ the time this came out & could relate to Patty's crush on the hottie & ouch rejected!!!!!!Yet, now I married a hs hottie that all the girls liked 30 yrs later. Sooo worth the wait!!!! High school revenge is sweet, but I sooo love my soulmate, best friend, & husband!!!!! Elizabeth Gandy
