@HaloOasis i'm gonna have to agree with you there, soley because if you can play the guitar you can play the bass, but if you can't play the guitar you can't play the bass. they go hand in hand i'd say

Less frets, less strings, less notes in composition, less hardware to master (i.e. tremolo). Yeah, they're about equal.
