Walkin' Down Memory Lane

Hey, Bloggy Friends! This is part of my little segment I call "Time-Warp Tuesday." Today I am showing a video I took earlier in the summer when I went back home to Kentucky to visit my family. While there I stopped to see the home my grandmother lived in before she passed away. It was great to be there again, rekindling some of those old memories. She meant so much to me. I hope you enjoy!

Hello. No, my family sold it after she passed away. My grandfather didn't want to stay there, so there was no use in keeping it. I think a few families have lived there since then, hence the big change on the inside.

Heartbreaking. How did you hold it all in there, on camera?

I've said this before. Places make me the saddest. Yes I miss the people, of course. But there is something haunting about the old places. At this stage in my life, sometimes I find that I must avoid going back - cannot take it. Too sad. Too hard on me.
