This is a Snickers bar recipe with NO Sugar NO gluten and NO lactose! It is v try easy to do and taste excellent, delicate and very creamy and soft.
The recipe is also great for Colitis who is on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) and for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (ibs), if you can tolerate the cocoa powder.
It contain: Dates, roasted and salty peanuts, vanilla powder, coconut oil and sugar free cocoa powder.
For 1 portion you will get apr. 40 balls out of it.
I shaped them like small balls, but you can create any shape you like :)
