Mugen: Ghost Tetsu (me) Vs Silent Storm?

Now, most of you have probably seen the title and are thinking:
"ZOMG, NO WAY! Is he really fighting Silent Storm?!?!?!"

Well, I'm sorry to disappoint all of you that were thinking that, but no, not quite. I'm actually fighting Perfect Storm X By The Disciple X.

Alright, first off. Perfect Storm X is some sort of edit of Silent Storm, but I'm not exactly sure which one. Perfect Storm X has a regenerating super bar so he can continuously spam his hyper moves, and trust me, you will be seeing his hypers.....A LOT. He'll spam them the second he gets the chance to, and most of them have a long range. He also has the ability to break out of hit stun and completely ignore your combo moves.

Trust me, coming up with a strategy for this guy is not easy. First off, if your far away from him, he'll spam long range projectiles, and when you get too close, he'll put you into overpowered combos you can't get out of. So how do I react to his constant hyper spamming AI? I spam my own hyper moves. You know, fight fire with fire. I know it's pretty cheap, but cheap characters like Perfect Storm X don't deserve fair fights. Anyways, enjoy the match.

Note that immunity to projectiles has been turned off, just so nobody will whine about anything.

Also, about the ending on the video. There's this long pause at the end when you beat him for some reason. I don't know why, so don't ask me.

OK, time to clear up a few things here. X Calibre Blade did not make the original Silent Storm. Silent Storm made the original Silent Storm. (Yes, Silent Storm was his name. Also known as Double S.)

I'm not sure what you meant by "capcom original" though.

I think that's what it said in Perfect Strom X's readme, that he was from a capcom game, but I might be wrong. TDX also said it was an "edit from the original" or something like that. I did think Silent Storm was an edit at one time, I just wanted to make sure.

Well, it's like this.

The first Silent Storm was an edit of Ryu. It was the worst version of Silent Storm ever.

The next Silent Storm was by the same guy, but using Kakuge Yaro sprites instead. Moreover, Double S tried to pass off these sprites as his own work, saying he worked for a video game company. Then he kept changing his story and he was eventually tripped up and discovered.

The second version of Silent Storm was a huge improvement over the first, but still crap.

So XCB edited Silent Storm to make him kind of like Tetsu. I see now, but there are still other knock offs like The Disciple X, making unauthorized sprite/coded characters. I actually think a few people are making Silent Storm's of there own. The worst I've seen has a large amount of overpowered moves plus ugly sprites and what not.

XCB created his version of Silent Storm from scratch. He was planning on making an edit of Platinum Storm instead, but it was such a trainwreck that he felt it best to start over from scratch.

Tetsu came after Silent Storm, IIRC.
