@bagies I recommend you try Buddhist calm abiding meditation. You must find a place that you're comfortable and will not be distracted. The best position is the full lotus position but this requires extreme flexibility. I recommend you start with the half lotus position, which you can find through Google. You focus on your breath, but you don't consciously breath in and out. You let it happen on it's own. When a though arises don't suppress it, but look at the thought and let it slip away.

@mowgdog The government would never agree to promoting subconscious activity. They much prefer for everyone do drink their alcohol and remain puppets that think inside their allowed shallow box of thought. Just my thoughts.

Yes, good reminder. The earth is a living being, and a very compassionate one.
We can return in kind by visualizing light from the cosmic source above, when we light up ourselves, send this light and love to the earth and all.
In this way, we're giving and receiving, helping one and the other, because we're all ONE.
LOVE the music. Thats it im going to start up meditating as i know i am filled with negative energy fear, hate, anger but all i want to do is love. Be in touch with my soul and be in a state opf peace.
Any advice on meditation?
