Ballad of Joe Cao

An original NewsTune by Jeff Horwich (http://JeffHorwich.com) originally written and performed for the Minnesota Public Radio show/podcast "In The Loop."

Recorded in November 2009, after Rep. Anh "Joseph" Cao (pronounced "Gau") or Louisiana became the only Republican House member to vote for President Obama's health care reform bill.

Worth noting that, after we did the song and it became kind of famous, Rep. Cao did graciously grant our interview request for the following week's show :-)

Also worth noting that this song features percussion with Sharpies.
