Pastor Fred Tribute

A tribute to our Pastor, mentor, and friend, Fred Winters, who was tragically killed while doing what he loved doing most, preaching the Word of God. We will surely miss him. Thank you to Sheila, Melinda, Dean and Gene for the use of pictures.

This hurts my heart, oh Lord please bless his family and friends. Give them comfort and peace, especially those who witnessed this horrible event. I pray for Troy Sedlacek Lord, please deliver him from evil and save him. In Jesus' name I pray.

Witnising what happend that day was an awful day. Sedlack the killer came down the aile in a black hoddie, he fired, pastor fred put his bible up to block the shot,Confettie people thought, People also thought it was a play, becasue they did plays often at my church, Pastor fred could have ran when the next shot came, but No, he was protecting his church by not running, Sedlack could have killed 9 more people but his gun jamed. Thank god, my mom took this very hard. so did i. his work was done.

The national media never carried this story, it proves that the world does hate the church. But Rev. Winters did not die in vain he's somewhere in heaven reaping his reward.

i go to this church and there is no one that can replace pastor fred he was on e of the sweetest guy u will ever meet and i hope that freds family is doing alright

i did not know him, but ever since i saw what happened in the news i have been watching and reading. He seems so kind and caring and wonderful and great and im so sorry he was taken from his life and everything...this video breaks my heart, the world lost such a wonderful person that day...i didnt even know him but im sorry...
