How often do you change up your tank? Or do you do it everytime you add new fish to help distract the exsis ting ones?

well i was fixing to add a lot of fish to the tank in this vid so thats why I did it. I will sometimes change it up after a while just cause I get tired of looking at it lol. but not to often.
