I've actually found that values around .8 and .81 (maybe .805?) are more accurate than .75 but that might just be for my computer.

Try using 0.75 or 0,75 if it doesn't work for you.

Text Tutorial:

1. Start Saints Row 2 and load a save, or make a new game or whatever.
2. Minimize the game
3. Open Cheat Engine
4. Click the flashing computer screen (inside Cheat Engine)
5. Select "SR2_pc.exe"
6. Check the "Enable Speedhack" box
7. Put .75 in the box
8 . Click Apply

I read about this somewhere, can't remember where, though. So I don't take credit for finding how to fix it, so thanks to whoever found it!

@MartellusPL This is a problem caused by Windows 7. Should it for some reason happen for you running XP, this should work, yes.

I worked out that in order to get the time exactly right you should set the speed percentage to: 0.5168674699 and not 0.75.

@Nelsfiction I think to use Cheat Engine you must turn on game and when you are on your save use Cheat Engine

@TheChrisjm15 ever considered your computer isn't strong enough?

The only reason SR2 is fast is because it doesn't fully support Windows 7 and when a game runs slow it's mainly tech failure. There's no problem with the game it's the computer.
